Wheelchair Access

Wings Wildlife Park is on a large site and the topography is quite steep in areas, carparks and paths are gravel. While ramps are provided in many areas and lateral paths relatively level, some connecting paths linking various levels are steep.

More than 70 per cent of Wings animal displays are wheelchair viewable. The reception, cafe, shops, keeper talks and encounters are wheelchair accessible.

Assistance Dogs

Wings Wildlife Park adheres to strict quarantine regulations and unfortunately cannot admit guide dogs, hearing assistance dogs and other assistance animals.

Hands-on activities

Encounters within Wings Wildlife Park can be undertaken by children with vision impairments.

Accessible Toilets

Wheelchair accessible toilets are located north of the carpark. Facilities are indicated on the park map.

First Aid

Wings Wildlife Park has a well-equipped First Aid Kit and a number of trained First Aid Officers. Contact an employee or reception staff member for assistance in case of an emergency. First Aid is located in reception.
